Scope is keyword indicate scope space of a procedure. In VBA, scope of a procedure are Private and Public. Procedure in Private scope only can accessed by procedures in the same module where the procedure is declared. While procedure in Public scope can be accessed by all procedures on each modul in workbook where the procedure is declared.
